Legal Bases for Processing Personal Data

Insofar as we obtain consent from the data subject for processing personal data, Article 6(1)(a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) serves as the legal basis.
When processing personal data necessary for the fulfillment of a contractual relationship with Schlaadt (application process), Article 6(1)(b) GDPR serves as the legal basis. This also applies to processing operations necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures.

Duration of Storage; Retention Periods

We store your data for as long as necessary to complete the process. In all other cases, we delete your personal data with the exception of data that we must continue to retain in order to fulfill contractual or legal (e.g., tax or commercial law) retention periods (e.g., invoices).

Please note that your data will initially only be blocked if retention periods prevent deletion.

Following a ruling by the ECJ on June 5, 2018, we are jointly responsible – alongside Facebook itself – for the processing of personal data that takes place there. This specifically concerns the ‘Facebook Insight’ function, which we cannot deactivate. It uses cookies that contain a unique user code valid for two years, which Facebook stores on the hard drive of the computer or other data carrier of the fan page visitors.
