Legal Bases for Processing Personal Data

  • Insofar as we obtain consent from the data subject for processing personal data, Article 6(1)(a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) serves as the legal basis.
  • When processing personal data necessary for the fulfillment of a contractual relationship with Schlaadt (application process), Article 6(1)(b) GDPR serves as the legal basis. This also applies to processing operations necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures.

Duration of Storage; Retention Periods

We store your data for as long as necessary to complete the process. In all other cases, we delete your personal data with the exception of data that we must continue to retain in order to fulfill contractual or legal (e.g., tax or commercial law) retention periods (e.g., invoices).

Please note that your data will initially only be blocked if retention periods prevent deletion.

This specifically concerns the ‘Facebook Insight’ function, which we cannot deactivate.
